CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD:

Our account department will verify the payment information you have provided. Once that is done, they will be contacting you with the payment information you will be needing to make payment. We currently have the following as approved payment options; Bank Wire, Apple Pay, Zelle & Google Pay (Huge Discounts Available).

PAYMENT RECEIVED:

If our accounts department has confirmed your payment, you will be immediately notified by email and your order will be forwarded to our shipping department. If your order encounters the slightest anomaly, our customer service will contact you within 48 hours (business days) to inform you of the changes to be made.

PROCESSING AND TRACKING CODE:

Your order is taken care of by our shipping and logistics team. The average preparation time is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the details of your order (method of delivery, type of medical equipment, destination). Before delivering your medical equipment to you, you will be mailed a tracking code to monitor your item while in transit.

ONCE YOUR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ARRIVES:

Our deliveries are done to your home address directly. Once your medical equipment gets to your doorstep, you will be notified immediately so you or another person designated by you can be present to receive it. Once your medical equipment has been received, you will have to sign documents of complete ownership and transfer.
